This small one storey modern addition to an existing home provides a new rear entrance, interior storage and new a ground floor powder room.
The program also allows for a large partially screened exterior deck that animates the street scape and provides privacy for intimate dining.

Behind a large set of sliding barn doors, a wood-slated bench was designed to suit the needs of the small space.
A custom sink and concrete counter was specially pigmented to reflect the client's favourite colour.
